Gratitude

Gratitude is a key component of health and wel-being.
some discoveries:
-Those who keep gratitude journals on a weekly basis exercise more, feel better physically and more, feel better.
- Those who keep gratitude lists are more likely to make progress towards important personal goals.
- A daily gratitude intervention with young adults produces higher levels of alertness, enthusiasm, determination, attentiveness and energy. (transfermation)
